Hangzhou Marriott Hotel Qianjiang

This has got to be the finest hotel in Hangzhou. I had a room facing the Qiantang River and the view was gorgeous. The hotel manager James was extremely attentive and caring. I had a wrong food delivery sent to me and James was kind enough to call the store on my behalf and made sure that the correct item was delivered. He took care of it personally and was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you James.

Location was great - we did a lot of walking sight seeing and it worked really well for us. Hotel room was beautiful. Staff very helpful and had reasonable english thankfully.

Good location, walking along the river in the evening is a great experience.

Breakfast is fine and needs less meat options and more fish chicken veg options also smoked salmon would be nice.

Great hospitality service with super ambience. Loved it as it was my first visit to China. Very impressed.
