This has got to be the finest hotel in Hangzhou. I had a room facing the Qiantang River and the view was gorgeous. The hotel manager James was extremely attentive and caring. I had a wrong food delivery sent to me and James was kind enough to call the store on my behalf and made sure that the correct item was delivered. He took care of it personally and was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you James.

Clean, very nice rooms and great views. Good amenities and very modern rooms. Staff were helpful, fast wifi, good food and a nice gym and pool area.

Location was great - we did a lot of walking sight seeing and it worked really well for us. Hotel room was beautiful. Staff very helpful and had reasonable english thankfully.

Breakfast is fine and needs less meat options and more fish chicken veg options also smoked salmon would be nice.

Rooms in good condition though the design a bit dated . Staff are nice & sincere to help especially Hilda Chiu helped a lot when I had iPhone problems. Breakfast offer enough varieties which is good.
